Make sure our reminder actually reaches you

We will be emailing you from [support@mattstefanik.com]. Add that address to your contacts and our reminder lands in your inbox instead of a tab you never open. Find your email below.

Gmail

Open our email, click our name at the top, then choose Add to contacts. If our message landed under Promotions or Updates, drag it into your Primary tab and choose yes when Gmail asks whether you want future emails there. On your phone, tap the circle with our initial in it and choose Add to contacts.

Outlook.com, Hotmail or Live

Click the gear icon for Settings, then Mail, then Junk email. Under Safe senders and domains choose Add, type mattstefanik.com, press Enter, and click Save.

Apple Mail or iCloud

Open our email and tap or click our name at the top, then choose Add to Contacts. If it went to Junk, open it and choose Not Junk first, then move it to your inbox. On iPhone you can also swipe the message and mark it Not Junk.

Outlook app on Windows or Mac

In the current Outlook, open Settings, then Mail, then Junk email, and add mattstefanik.com under Safe senders and domains. In the older version, go to the Home tab, click Junk, choose Junk E-mail Options, open the Safe Senders tab, click Add, and enter mattstefanik.com.

Yahoo Mail

Open our email, click our name at the top, and choose Add to Contacts. If it landed in Spam, open it and click Not Spam first. You can also open Settings, then More Settings, then Filters, and add a filter that sends anything from mattstefanik.com straight to your inbox.

AOL Mail

AOL runs on the same system as Yahoo, so it works the same way. Open our email, click our name, and choose Add to Contacts. If it went to Spam, click Not Spam first.

Proton Mail

Open Settings, then All settings, then Filters. Open Spam, block and allow list, click Add address, enter [support@mattstefanik.com], and choose Allow.

An address from your internet provider, like Comcast, Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum or Cox

Log in to your provider's webmail in a browser rather than using the mail program on your computer. Look for Settings, then a section called Spam, Filters or Safe Senders, and add mattstefanik.com there. Adding us to your address book helps on all of them.

A work address on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Your company's filter may hold our email before you ever see it, and there is often nothing you can change yourself. Adding us to your contacts still helps. If nothing arrives within ten minutes, check your quarantine or junk folder, or ask whoever runs your email to allow mattstefanik.com. If that sounds like a hassle, register again with a personal address instead. That is the fastest fix and nobody will think less of you for it.
