Matt (00:01):

Hey, Matt Stefanik here and in this six-part video bootcamp, I'm going to be sharing with you how to create a high-converting webinar.

This is the bootcamp, we are starting, this is video number one. So first and foremost, let's talk about your pieces. Okay, there are several components obviously to a high converting webinar. First and foremost is your process.


Matt (00:32):

You need a repeatable, predictable, proven process that consistently leads to positive results. Okay? Next, you need your product and with your product...now you need to, we're going to discuss this in another video, but we're going to be talking about your positioning, your people, your packaging, your proof, and your price point. I know that's a lot of “P’s” but It's just a coincidence, but it's kind of fun. Okay, so your product itself has to solve a particular problem or fulfill a need for a specific niche. Okay? If it's for everyone, it's for no one, okay. This product will become part of your offer. So, there's a difference between product and offer and I'm going to be discussing that in a later video. You must be able to demonstrate that you can take your prospect from “A” to “E” okay to at least E let's call it E plus.


Matt (01:28):

Now, why do I say “A to E” and not, you know, A to B or A to Z? A to B anybody can get from A, to B on their own given enough time, right? If you, if you were on this path and you're trying to figure something out, you don't need to be watching this video to get from A to B. You can kind of read some articles. You can, you know, figure some things out based on what you've seen. You can learn from other people and get yourself from A to B. Okay. The reason why I say you don't want to focus on taking them from A to Z is because you don't need to figure it all out. If I say A to Z, that's going to cause a lot of stress and anxiety and give you some pause because you think it has to be perfect.


Matt (02:10):

And it doesn't, you don't have to know all the steps yourself. You only need to be able to help them skip a few steps. Okay? B, C, D. We're going to skip these and you're going to help them go from here to there. That's going to help them shortcut the process and get them going in the right direction by saving them a lot of time. And most likely a lot of frustration and money as well. So, A to Z is not necessary. People will spend money with you if you can help them get from at least A to E.


Matt (02:37):

Okay, next, we're going to talk about the pages that you need.  Now, there are four Essential pages that you must have. Okay? And one of them that is optional, and I'm going to discuss with you the fastest, easiest way to actually create these pages even if you hate to create pages, you don't actually have to create them yourself. Okay. Next, we're gonna be talking about (let’s go up here) with this platform at the very least tech-wise you need a webinar platform and I recommend Demio. You can find the link in the description. I've been using them for a long time, since they started for several reasons. First and foremost, they are friends of mine, David and Wyatt. I've known them a long time. We've hung out at several events and I know them to be reputable marketers. And, so it's a platform that's created by marketers for marketers. So, I love to support them, they’re great people and the product is awesome. I've used GoToWebinar for years and hated it because we always seem to have tech issues, but Demio is fantastic.

I love it. It allows you to do everything that you need to do, including “like live” webinars, live webinars, and evergreen webinars, and it integrates with most of the most popular autoresponders. Okay. So, we'll talk more about Demio throughout this six video bootcamp.

Secondly, you're going to need some type of auto responder or CRM. I used to use Drip. I've used Aweber. I've used GetResponse. I hate MailChimp. Now I use ActiveCampaign. I think it's everything that you need. It works beautifully for my intents and purposes and it's not outrageously priced like Drip is.  Okay, next, you need a protected way to actually deliver your product depending on what type of product it's going to be. Even if it's just an e-book, which I don't recommend that you use for, you know, a webinar product, because we're going to sell it at a much higher price point. It's gotta be some type of digital training, some type of software. So those are basically your two main ones that you'll use, but it could also be like some group coaching. But you have to have a way that you can actually deliver that product. So, you need to consider how am I going to protect this content, but also deliver it when somebody signs up automatically. Okay, next we're going to be talking about your presentation.

(Yeah, my handwriting's terrible). So, with your presentation, that includes your PowerPoint, your pitch, and your posture. Your PowerPoint is literally just the slides that you put together, your pitch is how you structure those slides in a systematic way that leads to high conversions and your posture plays a big part of that. And we're going to talk about that in one of the later videos, okay. So that's basically all of your pieces that you're going to need to consider. And in each video, we're going to talk about all these things in great detail. So the next videos will be “Why your business actually needs a webinar,” “How to build your webinar funnel,” “How to create your webinar offer,” “How to create a webinar presentation that converts,” and “How to market your webinars,” so that you can start making money.
